Redbrook Village Elderly

Redbrook Village Apartments is currently accepting applications for one bedroom apartments for individuals age 62 and older, or disabled individuals regardless of age. Accessible units are available to those that qualify. The apartments are specially designed for elderly and we also have specially designed units for handicap-disabled. The energy efficient apartments feature wall to wall carpeting, fully applianced kitchen, security, emergency call system and forced hot water heat. The USDA subsidizes over 15,000 section 515 rural multi-family apartment complexes throughout the 50 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam. Properties are classified as Elderly or Family and provide unit sizes from studio to 4 bedroom. The properties are serviced by approved Management Agencies who provide required annual tenant certification processing for their residents.
