Program Details
The section 8 apartments are designated for elderly families whose heads, spouses or sole members are 62 year or older OR disabled. You are required to declare US citizenship or submit evidence of eligible immigration status for each of your family members.
Tenants pay 30% of income. We also have a "Moderate Income" program which allows higher annual income limits.
