All units will be distributed by lottery. The building has an elevator. Each unit includes a washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances. This is a smoke free building. There is garage parking as well as outdoor parking available for all units. Garage parking is at a $150/month fee and outdoor parking has a $75/month fee. Outdoor tandem spaces are available for two vehicles at $150/month fee. A maximum of two dogs or cats are allowed per the pet policy. The monthly pet rent is $75/month per dog and $50/month per cat.
