Sargeant West Apartments

All of our apartments are subsidized with Project-Based Section 8 and applicants who meet income guidelines. All applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
We have spacious and attractive apartments close to the downtown area of Holyoke, with spacious one to six bedroom apartments with kitchen appliances, carpeting in living room and bedrooms, onsite laundry facilities, community room with youth activities, and all utilities included (heat, hot water and electricity).

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays closed until further notice. Thank you for your assistance.
