Program Details
The Guild is apart of a new and improved way of living. It is Somerville's first fully certified, NET-Zero housing project with its high-performance and all electric design. It is a mixed-use building located at 154 Broadway consisting of a five-story mid-rise structure with forty-five (45) residential units. 9 of the units are designated as inclusionary housing, and will be rented to households making at or below 50% AMI, 80% AMI, or 110% AMI (Area Median Income).
