Olde English Village accepts only service animals as pets. Any applicant who is not willing to give up their pet(s) will not be considered for an apartment. Service animals, as defined under HUD/ADA guidelines, may be an exception. APPLICANTS WITH CRIMINAL RECORD: Follows strict CORI guidelines. No applicants with a felony history, including convictions or deferred adjudication, will be accepted. Any appicants who have a single history of the following crimes will not be accepted: Drug possession or drug posssessionwith intent to sell; Crimes against persons; Unlawful use or charges of illegal weapons.
