The Academy

Built in 1875, the Academy Building was an original home to the world famous Boston Symphony Orchestra as well as grand balls, political rallies, and a number of other prominent events. In 1973, the Academy was added to the National Registry of Historic Places, an honor in achieving historical excellence over the course of multiple centuries.
