ot Block is mixed-use development consisting of 484 apartments throughout four buildings. 66 of the apartments will be designated as income restricted to households earning at or below 50% & 70% AMI. The first phase includes 245 apartment rentals, including 33 income-restricted units. There are 345 garage parking spaces available, of which 186 will be provided in phase 1.
