Greentree Condominiums

Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. owns and manages 6 condominium units ( 2 two bedrooms and 4 one bedrooms) at Greentree Condominium Park. These spacious units are wall to wall carpeted and include utilities. The units are located in either three or four story brick buildings which are part of the Greentree Condominium Complex. Amenities include on-site parking, coin operated laundry facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts, a playground and on-site management staff. There is a comprehensive screening process that allows for income and asset verification, credit and CORI checks, present and past landlord references, personal references and an interview with our property manager. Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. provides comprehensive property management services to the building.
