Program Details
The Home’s five residential programs offer different services and levels of care. Some of the programs are to prepare youth to transition back to their families or go on to independent living. Group homes give youth the opportunity to acclimate into their community to enable a successful transition. Our group homes include:
Southeast Campus (SEC) - a co-ed residential treatment program which also has a year-round Massachusetts-approved Chapter 766 private special education school, Southeast Academy. The program is located on a 53-acre site in scenic Plymouth Massachusetts.
