Program Details
Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders: 116 one-bedrooms and 28 efficiencies. Each apartment floor has ten apartments, except the second floor, which has four apartments. Eight units are specially designed for use by individuals confined to wheelchairs. One unit is utilized by a live-in staff member. The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events and an on-site laundry.
