Walk-ins may apply ONLY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Office does not hand out applications on other days. Victoria Apartments, located in the South End neighborhood of Boston, is one of four distinct housing developments known as Villa Victoria. Villa Victoria is comprised 435 units of housing. 190 townhouse and brownstone style units. The townhouse units include private fenced in areas for gardens. The exterior is brick and stucco. Victoria offers 1,2,3,4, 5 and 6 bedroom units,
The property features a commercial space which includes a restaurant, convenience store and post office. There is limited private parking available as well as South End Resident permit parking.
