37 Washington is an 88 unit luxury rental apartment community located on 37 Washington Street in Melrose. 8 of these apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

Unit finishes include stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring in living rooms, kitchens and baths, subway tile backsplashes in kitchens, granite countertops, kitchen cabinets with 42” uppers, carpet in the bedrooms, and washers and dryers in all units.
