Sargeant West II Apartments - Holyoke MA

We are seeking applicants for our Project Base Section 8 low income property. All of our apartments are subsidized with Project-Based Section 8 and applicants who meet income guidelines. All applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
We have spacious and attractive apartments close to the downtown area of Holyoke, with spacious one to six bedroom apartments with kitchen appliances, carpeting in living room and bedrooms, onsite laundry facilities, community room with youth activities, and all utilities included (heat, hot water and electricity).
