Franklin Hill Apts - Phases 1A, 2A, and 2B

Not to be confused with 113 Shandon Rd "Franklin Hill Apts" which are owned by BHA. The 118 townhouse residents have their own back yards. Each townhouse has its own washer and dryer. The 148 residents of the three mid-rise buildings — two with six floors and one with five floors– have a laundry on each floor with one washer and dryer in each. They also, of course, have elevators. There is a Greater Boston Food Pantry on site. The site is close to public transportation, including the Blue Hill Avenue stop at Harvard Street (buses 28, 29); the American Legion Highway stop at Franklin Hill Avenue (bus 14) and the Blue Hill Avenue stop at Angell Street (buses 22, 28, 29 and 45).

Perhaps the best thing of all is the Franklin Hill Boys & Girls Club.
