Serves six single men and women living with HIV/AIDS who are committed to recovering from substance abuse and meet Section 8 rental subsidy criteria. Case Management. Relapse Prevention. Meals and nurse visits are arranged, if necessary. One block to bus stop. 24-hour staffing. Independent Living with minimal structure; residents attend three mandatory meetings/groups each week: a house meeting, a support group, and educational groups.
