HCA currently owns and operates 46 units of affordable rental housing in the Arlington. Our apartments are located within 14 two-family houses (duplex units)and four apartment buildings, scattered throughout Arlington's many neighborhoods. HCA's apartments range in size from 1-5 bedrooms.
Eligibility for tenants is determined by household income, which is capped at 60% of the area median income (AMI) for families and 80% of the AMI for our one bedrooms.
