Meadows Homes

Meadows Homes provides highly individualized residential and support services to adults with developmental disabilitites. Twenty-four hour supports are provided by appropriately trained staff who assist residents to live and become active members of their community. Emphasis is placed on each person's needs, wants and abilitites with the goal of ensuring safety, accessing good health care services, assisting with transportation for leisure and community activities, encouraging religious affiliation of choice, assisting with money management and supporting job placement and retention.
