West Brookfield Residence

This Department of Mental Retardation funded residential program offers 24-hour on-site availability to four individuals ages 55 years or older with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. The goal of the program is to maximize the social and life management skills of individuals in a community setting. Access to medical care is available on a 24-hour basis.
