Individuals or households with 1-2 persons can apply for the one-bedroom units (there are 13 units). Households with 2-4 persons can apply for the two-bedroom units (there are three units). Applicants must meet HUD income restrictions. The Robert McBride House is a seven-story building located near stores and public transportation including the Kenmore and Fenway T Stations. The building has 16 units. Each unit has a kitchen area, a full bathroom, and a living room. The building has an elevator. Four units are wheelchair accessible. The building also has a community living room, dining room, and a kitchen. The program provides on-site laundry facilities.
