Dr. Robert Smith House - Men Only

Dr. Robert Smith Supportive Case Management Housing Program is a house which provides supportive case management and transitional housing services in a safe, stable living environment for up to 24 months for 12 adult men with a history of a substance use disorder. The program focuses on relapse prevention while supporting individuals to develop employment and long-term skills to live successfully in the community. Close to bus line. Rent includes all utilities; laundry, groceries; services include linkage to entitlements, outpatient therapy, 12 step programs. $100 per week rent. No security deposit required.
