Program Details

Minimum stay is 3 months and maximum stay is 24 months. Building is managed by the Statewide Head Injury Program. Clients get case-management services. Clients must be capable of self-preservation, agree to a CORI, individuals(no families), must be accepted by the Wilbraham HA. Individuals must have either non-traumatic or traumatic brain injuries.

Mobility Access

The building is wheelchair accessible on the first floor. Wheelchairs only on first floor.
