We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Our units range from being fully equipped to modified to handicapped accessible. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident's income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well. Spring Street is located in West Roxbury, very close to a variety of stores and services. A Star Market and a pharmacy are located at the back of the complex. There are a number of churches in the area as well. Health care is available at Faulkner Hospital.
Public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop directly in front of the building. This bus goes to Forest Hills and Veterans Hospital. A special senior shuttle is also available.
Door buzzer and intercom system.
Emergency call system in all apartments.
