Families in Transition Program

This program provides supportive services and affordable housing to help homeless families with children regain their self-sufficiency. The program offers weekly life planning, educational workshops for parents and afterschool activities and art classes for children. Apartments are offered at lower than market rates. Cost is for apartment only; support services are free.
