For families with a disabled member, that can fit into 2 bedroom. Parent or child must require full-time care, and must be receiving SSI or SSDI. Can be physical or mental or developmental disability. Ideally, clients would be people who need stable housing in order to end up owning the home they will be renting (or another property.) Applicants can be tenant- or project-based subsidy people, and must be willing to accept case management services to help stabilize the family to the point of home ownership.
