MHPI to provide housing and services to those tenants who, as they were aging, were facing increasingly complex challenges related to their physical and psychiatric well-being. In 1999, MHPI also formed an affiliate, Residential Support Services, Inc. (RSSI). The fundamental purpose of RSSI is to provide long-term care for the elderly that help people live more stable, productive lives in their own homes or community so they can age in place.
Wheelchair units are fully accessible 9 roll-in shower, low cabinets, free space under sink).
There is a bus line that stops just out side. However, the building is on a steep hill, so clients will have difficulting getting from the bus stop to the building.
Three apts have flashing lights attached to the phone and smoke alarm.
