The 82 Unit facility will provie assisted living services to elderly residents of all income ranges. Residents receive assistance with daily activies such as showering, bathing & dressing. 27 units are designated for low-income residents, 27 for moderate-income residents, and 28 for market rate. Rental rates, which include services, range from $2,033 to $3,450 a month. Underground parking, residential kitchen and a hair salon; full-time personal care, an electronic emergency response system, and a registered nurse on staff.
