The Simon C. Fireman Community Expansion is a brand new senior living community in Randolph, MA. We’re currently conducting a lottery for 42 affordable one-bedroom apartment rentals for seniors 62 and over. Rent is 30% of applicant's income. Located in a woods, and has scenic walking paths. There is a van you can arrange for shopping, and a free taxi service for in-town medical appointments. Meals program: M-F dinner, M-F coffee shop for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Weekends: arrange in advance for a picnic-style meal. Wait list is approx 5 years for studios, and 7 years for 1BRs. Cats allowed, Dogs allowed
Bus stops about 1/8 mile way. There is an incline from the bus stop. Apartments have wide turn around bathroom doors, but cabinents under sinks, and normal height shelves and cabinets above. Three elevators.
