Welcome to Wilber School Apartments! Built in 1921 and expanded in 1928, the Wilber School served as an elementary school, intermediate school, high school, and public meeting place for the Town of Sharon. Now, in 2009, this beautiful example of Colonial Revival architecture is being renovated and expanded once again to create 75 apartment homes in the heart of downtown Sharon, Massachusetts. Registered under the U.S. Green Building Council?s LEED for Homes program, Wilber School Apartments will be modern, energy efficient, and environmentally conscious. Wilber School Apartments are less than half a mile from Sharon?s MBTA commuter rail station, which provides service to downtown Boston and Providence in just thirty minutes. We plan to open our leasing center in the fall of 2009 and the apartments should be ready for occupancy by early 2010. Please contact us for more information.
