New Lincoln Woods

New Lincoln Woods is a mixed-family residential rental property owned and operated by The Community Builders, Inc. We are located in Lincoln, just a short distance from Boston. Our community consists of 125 units, one, two and three-bedroom. Eighty-one (81) of these units are townhome style.
Our location is directly adjacent to the Lincoln Mall and the commuter rail. Heat and hot water, snow removal, landscaping are included.
