Ramblewood One contains 170 project-based HUD Section 8 Apartments. Deposit = $500. There are one and two bedroom apartment for the elderly, handicapped and disabled in 3-story garden buildings equipped with elevators. Adjacent to these buildings are two and three bedroom family townhouses that are not subsidized.
