Frawley/Delle Apartments is a 74-unit development with buildings located in the Mission Hill neighborhood, within walking distance of the Longwood campus. There are spacious one-bedroom apartments, with wall-to-wall carpeting. Rents (not including electricity and cooking gas) have income requirements: one-bedroom apartments start at $800 per month (with a total household income of $32,000-$35,500), two-bedrooms start at $1,000 ($40,000-$50,200 total income), and three-bedrooms at $1,200 ($48,000-$58,200 total income). Other features include limited free parking and on-site laundry facilities. Some units have renovated kitchens and baths. We have a laundry adjacent to this building and there is a limited amount of off street parking. If an applicant does not meet the minimum/maximum income limits we would accept a Section 8 voucher. The buildings are convenient to public transportation: the Green Line, Orange Line and several bus routes.
