The Northside Village

Lithgow Apartments is comprised of 31 apartment homes between two buildings in the heart of Codman Square's commerical district. There are 28 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units within the community. Half of the units are subsidized through the Low Income Housing program, while the remainder are market rate. Amenities for all homes include wall to wall carpeting, washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, garbage disposal, garage parking, and security system. In addition, heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent. Lithgow Apartments is on several local bus routes and is close to Ashmont Station using the Red Line (MBTA).
