South Street Congregate House in Waltham and Nonantum Village Congregate House in Newton. Interested parties need to contact Springwell to apply. The Congregate Housing Coordinator will give the person the Waltham HA application. Waltham HA needs to accept the applicant but all the screening and final acceptance is done by Springwell . Springwell also manages Nonantum Village Congregate House in Newton and the initial application is done through the Newton HA.
