Program Details
For young men and women 18-22, who turned 18 while in the child welfare system (in foster care, a group home or some other type of state-supported residence).
ONSITE HOUSING: Boys ages 13-18 referred by the Department of Children and Families (formerly DSS) or the Department of Mental Health. Young men ages 16-22 referred by the Department of Children and Families (formerly DSS) or the Department of Mental Health.
SCATTERED SITE HOUSING: (Pyramid) Young men or women who turned 18 while in the care of the Department of Children and Families (formerly DSS) and who have signed up to receive continuing DCF services.
