Program Details
Advocacy. Counseling. Referral. Day programs. Beds for 17 women and 10 children. Transition House is delighted to open 6 Permanent Supported Housing (PSH) apartments for women with disabilities who are ready to transition out of homelessness into permanent supported housing. The project targets women who became homeless, in part, because of fleeing an abusive situation. The PSH is funded by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
