Program Details
Advocacy and Counseling. Medical Care. 2 meals a day. Clothing in emergencies; 11 PM curfew. first come, first served - Because there are more men than women, they may be a lottery among the men at 4 PM. Since 1984, the NOAH Shelter has served the needs of individuals with a housing crisis. The NOAH Shelter is the only emergency-access shelter for men and women who become homeless on Cape Cod.
