Rosie's Place Sober House SROs

BACKGROUND
Applicants can be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This includes those coming from prison or substance use treatment programs. Applicants should have a commitment to sobriety. Women taking methadone are eligible here.

SETTING
Rosie's Place is a three-family house located near stores, public buses, and the Andrew and JFK T stations. The first floor has two bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen, a dining room, one and a half bathrooms, and a porch. The second and third floors each have four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, and a porch. All bedrooms and bathrooms have call lights. The house also has exercise equipment, laundry facilities (cost is included in rent), a computer room, and a yard. The house has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible.
