Clarendon Hill Towers

Community room and cafeteria. Computer Learning Center onsite. There is a NO PET Policy at Clarendon Hill. Children's Program and playgrounds. Rents include utilities. No fee rentals. The State and the City have been hoping to redevelop the Clarendon Hill site for quite some time. This redevelopment proposal is in response to a call from the State to leverage the current strong housing market by bringing together a public-private partnership to redevelop the site.

2019 redevelopment will preserve and recreate the affordability of the existing apartments and create a residential community that offers housing targeted towards a mix of income ranges, enhanced amenities and better connection to the surrounding neighborhood. The plan involves the development of new market rate units as well as redevelopment of the state-aided public housing units.
