Cabot Park (103 Cabot Street) and Prospect Hill Residences (371 Cabot Street) are rehabilitations of existing properties in Beverly. Cabot Park has a total of eleven rental units, while Prospect Hill Residences has a total of six units. One (1) of the 1 Bedroom units at each property will be an affordable apartment that will be rented to a household with an income at or below 60% of the area median income through this lottery process. Both properties offer a convenient downtown location near shops and restaurants, and are less than a mile from both the coast and the Beverly Depot MBTA commuter rail station.
