Pets are limited to two per unit (including birds and small furry animals). Only one pet may be a dog. Dogs must have a full-grown weight of not more than 35lbs. Dogs must be interviewed by two Hilltown CDC staff before approval and are subject to routine documentation they are insured against liability for damage they cause. Dogs, cats, and ferrets will be subject to documentation of routine vaccination. Aquarium animals (fish and reptiles) are limited to those recommended for a tank no larger than 15 gallons.
