Sanderson Place, senior housing 62 years and older, consists of two buildings located on a 2.9-acre parcel at 120 N Main Street in Sunderland. This location is within 1/10 mile of Town center, walking distance to restaurants, a corner market, a bank, a church, Town Offices, the Town Library, and a bus stop.

One building will be a restored historic house with a new addition containing 3 ground-floor units (the “Village House”).
