Serenity Supportive Housing

Residents must have some source of income (i.e. SSI). Applicants must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Applicants with addiction histories should have 90 days clean time. This is a clean and sober program.

Van available for clients and prospsective tenants, grocery store run. Medical appointments take priority for the van. Furnished houses (including kitchenwares and linens)
24 hour on-site staff
Substance abuse and relapse prevention counseling
Case management
Assistance with shopping and transportation
Community activties
On-site meetings/groups: Resident Advisory Council (RAC), Mandatory community meetings

SETTING
Each house has three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. All units are wheelchair accessible. Substance Use Recovery Programs
