Southboro Apt Programs

The high intensity residential program is a comprehensively staffed and supervised apartment-style residence serving eight men and women with chronic mental health challenges and/or a history of substance abuse, and who have had difficulty adjusting to community living. The program goal is to assist adults in managing their illness, developing independent living skills, and managing their sobriety. Individuals are referred to the program by the Department of Mental Health.
