The Hyde Square Cooperative is a mixed income limited equity cooperative housing. It consists of 41 units in 17 buildings on nine sites in the Hyde Square sub neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. The cooperative has 8 units for households at or below 50% of area median income; 25 units for households at or below 60% of area median income, and 8 units for households between 60 and 80% of area median income.

The Forest Glen Cooperative is a mixed-income, limited equity cooperative. It consists of two properties with 13 units. The properties are located at 93 Forest Hills Street and 30-32 Glen Road. The cooperative is available to low and moderate income households. Some residents are Section 8 certificate holders.

The Jamaica Plain Scattered Site Cooperative is a mixed-income, limited equity cooperative. It consists of 4 properties with 20 apartments total. The properties are located at 69 Walden Street, 106-108 Chestnut Avenue, 3 Buckley Avenue and 76-78 Spring Park Avenue. The cooperative has 50%, 80% and Market units. A minimum of 5 units must be occupied by < 50% AMI. A minimum of 11 units must be occupied by < 80% AMI. Eight project based 707 subsidies with the remaining apartments available to Section 8 certificate holders or moderate income households.
