Temple Landing

HUD income limits and MHFA guidelines, priorities and preferences are in effect. Temple Landing is a 173-unit family housing development located five blocks west of City Hall in downtown New Bedford. The property encompasses an 11-acre parcel bordered by Kempton Street, Chancery Street, Court Street, and the city-owned Magnet Park. Based on the program, residents pay the greater of 30% of their adjusted income up to the bais rent or market rent. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Heat and hot water are included in rent. The Apartments are on the the bus line, near several major highways, and within walking distance of downtown. There are playgrounds within the development. All units are fully applianced: intercome system, central air, cable TV hook-ups, laundry hook-ups, wall to wall carpeting, and off street parking.
