Willow Street Apartments

Willow Apartments is a six story brick building, located in the downtown area of Lynn, Massachusetts. Formerly a historic mill building, which was converted to residential use. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and/or disabled households. Subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income. Applicants are rigorously screened for CORI, Sex Offenses, Credit, Income and third-party verifications.
