Provides rent-subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible frail elders and others with disabilities. Features include:
1. Walking distance to necessary services.
2. Week-day lunch offered on-site for minimal donation.
3 Active tenants association plans trips and events.
4 Areas designed for use by community service and medical providers for both resident and nonresident elders.
5. First area facility to encourage ownership of pets developed model pet policy replicated nationally.
6. Computer center located on-site with Internet access and instruction available.
7. Community gardening opportunities available.
