Marblehead’s Sewell Building is a lovely old school house which now serves as home to four families. The Sewell Building offers four affordable apartments, two two-bedroom and two three-bedroom. Originally created by the Marblehead Community Housing Corporation (MCHC), who purchased the former elementary school from the Town of Marblehead in 1994, this affordable housing effort is now managed by Harborlight Home.
