Applications will be available at the MNRC Office at 32 Central St, Lowell MA between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on January 23, 2002 thourh Jan 25, 2002. Applications must be postmarked (or received) by Feb 8, 2002. A lottery will be held, and the MNRC will randomly draw 400 names or 10% of the waitlist, whichever is greater. We will notify those who have been placed on the waiting list during the week of Feb 25-Mar 1. At that time, a more detailed application will be mailed. Applicants will be screend for CORI.
